Team Hierarchy at a Glance
The SFO USA Division is structured in four tiers: national leadership drives execution and culture, core support feeds the pipeline, field development builds future capacity, and regional expansion replicates the model into new markets.
National Leadership
Aziz and Javier sit at the top and share responsibility for execution, performance, standards, and team culture across the entire USA division.

- Run Dark Oil Demos and Free Trials
- Close partnership agreements (rental / revenue share)
- Train new RMs and trainees in the field
- Enforce SFO/Frylow SOP (temperature, filtering, demo protocol)
- Present value propositions
- Manage key accounts and multi-location rollouts
- Build relationships with:
- Restaurant groups
- Oil suppliers
- Franchise operators
- Pipeline and performance reporting
- Recruit and develop new team members
- Identify regional distributors
- Build referral ambassador networks
- Partner with oil suppliers for bundled offerings

Beau is part of the RM bench-building pipeline, designed to learn, assist, and transition into a Full Service RM role.

Regional Expansion
Planned regional expansion units mirror the working structure of the broader USA division at a smaller scale. South Florida is the first planned expansion market.
