Regional Expansion

Planned regional expansion units mirror the working structure of the broader USA division at a smaller scale. South Florida is the first planned expansion market.

Planned South Florida Team
Planned Expansion
Territory: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach
South Florida Full Service RM (Lead)
Runs demos and closes deals in the South Florida territory. Reports to Aziz/Javier.
South Florida Lead Generator
Feeds pipeline (Miami heavy focus).
South Florida Trainee
Builds bench strength quickly.

How This Structure Works

Each tier has a specific function within the division. Together they form a repeatable model that scales into new markets.

01
National Leadership
Drives execution, performance, and culture across the full USA division. Owns deal closing, team building, and standard enforcement.
02
Core Support
Feeds and accelerates the pipeline. Generates leads, pre-qualifies restaurants, books demos, and removes friction from the sales process.
03
Field Development
Builds future RM capacity. Trainees shadow, assist, and progressively take on more responsibility until they can operate independently.
04
Regional Expansion
Replicates the division structure into new markets. Each region gets an RM lead, lead generator, and trainee β€” the same model at a local scale.
